SearchMedia Holdings Limited, formerly Ideation Acquisition Corp, is a blank check company formed for the purpose of acquiring, through a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition or other similar business combination, one or more businesses. The Company is in development stage. Its efforts in identifying prospective target businesses will not be limited to a particular industry, it seeks to focus on businesses in the digital media sector, which encompasses companies that emphasize the use of digital technology to create, distribute or service others that create or distribute content for various platforms, including online, mobile, satellite, television, cable, radio, print, film, video games and software. In November 2009, Ideation Acquisition Corp. completed the acquisition of SearchMedia International Ltd., pursuant to which Ideation Acquisition Corp. changed its name to SearchMedia Holdings Limited.
