Oasis Petroleum Inc. is an independent exploration and production company focused on the development and acquisition of unconventional oil and natural gas resources. The Company is focused on exploiting what it has identified as a resource potential from the Bakken and Three Forks formations, which are present across its acreage. In Williston Basin the Company acquired three primary project areas: West Williston, East Nesson and Sanish.
