Raymond James downgraded Renasant Corporation (NASDAQ: RNST) to Mkt
Perform. Previously Raymond James rated Outperform Renasant Corporation (NASDAQ: RNST) on 09/27/2012, when the stock price was $19.18.

Renasant Corporation owns and operates Renasant Bank (the Bank), which has operations in Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee, and Renasant Insurance, Inc., which has operations in Mississippi. It has four reportable segments: a Mississippi community bank, a Tennessee community bank, an Alabama community bank and an insurance agency. Substantially all of its business activities are conducted through the Bank, which is a community bank offering a range of banking and financial services to individuals and to small to medium-size businesses. These services include checking and savings accounts, business and personal loans, interim construction and residential mortgage loans, student loans, equipment leasing, as well as safe deposit and night depository facilities. On February 28, 2009, the Company had 63 banking and financial services offices located throughout its markets in north and north central Mississippi, west and middle Tennessee, and north and north central Alabama.
