print and online guides are provided free of charge to end users. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company distributed approximately 23 million of its print guides to approximately 51,000 United States locations through its distribution network, DistribuTech. PRIMEDIA?s principal digital assets include the Websites associated with its print publications and Internet-only offerings, including ApartmentGuide.com, Rentals.com, RentalHouses.com, NewHomeGuide.com and AmericanHomeGuide.com. During 2008, the Company sold its Auto Guides division.
