crude tankers that will transport mainly crude oil and fuel oil along worldwide shipping routes. As of March 1, 2010, the Company has entered into agreement with Capital Maritime to acquire the Initial Suezmax, which is deployed in the spot market. As of March 1, 2010, the Company is focused on spot market, including all types of spot market-related engagements, such as single voyage or short-term time charters.
