Through the eSpeed and BGCantor Market Data brands, the Company also offer financial technology solutions, market data, and analytics related to select financial instruments and markets. The services include execution, clearing, processing and other back office services. The brokerage services cover a range of products, including fixed income securities, interest rate swaps, foreign exchange, equity derivatives, credit derivatives, commodities, futures, structured products and other instruments. On April 1, 2008, the Company completed the merger of BGC Partners with and into eSpeed. In June 2009, it acquired Liquidez DTVM Ltda.
