On January 4, 2010, the Company acquired assets of Clubspaces, Inc. On October 1, 2010, it acquired certain assets of Project: Worldwide, Inc. d/b/a George P. Johnson Company. On February 1, 2011, it acquired Fellowship Technologies, L.P. In November 2011, the Company acquired RTP, LLC.
