The services provided typically encompass the IT business solution life cycle, including phases for planning, developing, implementing, managing, and ultimately maintaining the IT solution. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company had six operating subsidiaries, namely Computer Task Group of Canada, Inc., providing services in Canada; and Computer Task Group Belgium N.V., Computer Task Group IT Solutions, S.A., Computer Task Group Luxembourg PSF, Computer Task Group (United Kingdom) Ltd., and CTG Deutschland GmbH, each primarily providing services in Europe.
