Interface, Inc. designs, produces and sells modular carpet. The Company is also a manufacturer, marketer and servicer of select other floorcovering products for the commercial, institutional and residential markets. Its principal geographic markets are the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, where its total net sales were approximately 55%, 34% and 11%, respectively, during the fiscal year ended December 28, 2008 (fiscal 2008).
