Avista Corporation (Avista Corp.), incorporated in 1889, is an energy company engaged in the generation, transmission and distribution of energy as well as other energy-related businesses. The Company has two business segments: Avista Utilities, and Advantage IQ, Inc. (Advantage IQ).
