TYEKF) downgraded to Underweight by HSBC Securities.

ThyssenKrupp AG operates as an integrated materials and technology company in Germany, the rest of Europe, the Americas, and the Asia Pacific. The company operates in two divisions, Materials and Technologies. The Materials division produces and supplies flat carbon steel products; and provides material solutions, product-specific processing, and finished steel parts and assemblies for the automotive, construction, appliance, energy, and packaging sectors. This division also offers titanium, as well as nickel and titanium alloys; and carbon and stainless steel, tubes and pipes, nonferrous metals, and plastics, as well as operates steelmaking and processing plants in Brazil and the United States. In addition, it provides new and used industrial plant and equipment; materials services, such as processing, logistics, warehouse, inventory management, and supply chain management; and technical and infrastructure services in railway equipment, civil engineering, port construction, and plant and steel mill services. The Technologies division provides passenger and freight elevators, escalators, moving walks, passenger boarding bridges, and stair and platform lifts; plant construction solutions; gray and ductile castings; crawler and crawler components for excavators, bulldozers, and track-mounted tractors, as well as for mining, forestry, and agricultural machines; steering shafts, steering columns, and steering gears for vehicles; and damper and suspension components, as well as first-tier system solutions for passenger cars and trucks. Further, it offers slewing bearings for use in general mechanical engineering; conveying, mining, and extraction systems; harbor, ship, and construction cranes; and earthmoving machinery. Additionally, this division focuses on developing and building submarines and surface naval vessels, as well as on civil shipbuilding, ship repair, and conversion services. ThyssenKrupp was founded in 1999 and is based in Dusseldorf, Germany.
