Software Aktiengesellschaft provides business process management (BPM) solutions. The company offers application development, data center, data management, enterprise and partner integration, mainframe integration, process automation, process-driven SAP management, process intelligence, process transformation, and service oriented architecture (SOA) solutions; enterprise architecture management solutions; governance, risk, and compliance solutions; and process-driven IT modernization solutions for banking, education, energy and utilities, government, healthcare and life sciences, insurance, manufacturing, retail, and telecommunication industries. Its products include Adabas, a data management system, which provides data integration and sharing, optimization and availability, data protection and compliance, and administration and monitoring solutions; ARIS, a business process analysis platform; webMethods, a B2B server and SOA-based integration platform; CentraSite, a business service repository for SOA and BPM; and Natural, a development and deployment environment that supports enterprise-scale applications on the mainframe and open-systems platforms. The company also provides process-oriented SAP implementation and strategic consulting services; and education and support services. Software Aktiengesellschaft was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Darmstadt, Germany.
